Standard Limited Warranty

Every Goodman brand product is protected by a limited warranty on all functional parts. You’ll find specific limited warranty protection coverage listed with the product features, or you can get a copy of the warranty from your dealer.

To view the warranty certificate for a specific product, please click on either Residential Products link or Commercial Products link above or on the left sidebar and then select the product of choice. At the top of each product page you will find a warranty link to the warranty certificate.

 

Specialized Component Warranty

To ensure your satisfaction with Goodman brand heating and cooling systems, special limited warranties are available on select products and components. For example, some Goodman brand gas furnaces carry what we believe to be an industry leading limited warranty coverage on the heat exchangers and specific Goodman central air conditioning systems carry exceptional limited warranty coverage on the compressors. 

 

* To receive Lifetime Compressor Limited Warranty, Lifetime Heat Exchanger Limited Warranty (both good for as long as you own your home), 10-Year Unit Replacement Limited Warranty, or 10-Year Unit Replacement Limited Warranty online registration must be completed within 60 days of installation. Online registration is not required in California or Quebec.

With a Asure Extended Service Plan**, you’ll have your choice of a variety of offerings that provide worry-free comfort without the unexpected cost of replacement parts or labor expenses should your Goodman brand equipment require service. If a covered repair is needed, an Authorized Asure Dealer will respond promptly and make repairs with quality Goodman brand parts.

Asure coverage is affordable, on average, costing only pennies a day. It’s valuable coverage that protects you today and in the future, no matter how much the cost of a covered service may increase over the life of your Goodman brand equipment.
